Return & Exchange Policy

At T Square, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and outstanding customer service. While all items are inspected before printing and dispatch, we understand that errors may occasionally occur.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by providing:

  • Your order number

  • Date of receipt

  • Images of the merchandise

What Can Be Returned / Not Returned

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Items that are misprinted, materially flawed, faulty, or defective.

  • Items sent in the wrong size, color, or print compared to your order (exchange at no extra courier charge).

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Custom-printed apparel unless defective as described above.

  • Return requests made after 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items with noticeable wear, makeup stains, or signs of use.

  • Change of mind, errors in approved proofs, shipping delays, stock delays, or wrong size choice by the customer.

  • Damaged items due to ignoring garment care instructions.

  • Garments that have been tampered with.


Important Notes

  • Sizing may vary between body types and styles. Check our size chart on each product page before ordering. Measurement variations of ±2cm are possible.

  • Garment colors and prints may vary slightly from images on the website.

  • Printing methods are chosen by T Square to best suit the artwork and fabric.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be made to the customer’s provided bank account.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless you receive the wrong item, in which case we will cover return and replacement shipping costs.
