Shipping & Delivery Policy

At T Square, all customized orders are printed on an order-received basis. We understand the importance of delivering your purchase promptly and reliably.

Nationwide Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders of Rs. 5,000 or above within Pakistan.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat rate of Rs. 300 applies. Charges may vary if the weight or size of the parcel increases.

  • All domestic orders are shipped with a tracking number. Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Order Processing

  • Orders are confirmed via phone call to verify all details. Orders will not be shipped without confirmation.

  • Processing time: 2–3 working days before dispatch to the courier.

  • Courier delivery time: 2–4 working days after the tracking ID is issued.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, but customers will be kept informed.

  • Email confirmation will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Note: The company reserves the right to request full or partial advance payment for orders exceeding Rs. 5,000.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: Up to 6 working days after order confirmation.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier companies

    • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

  • Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched. Ensure the correct address is provided during checkout.
